CBP New Rule
Customs Bond
24hrs Before it loads.
At ENZO’S International LLC, we provide fast, secure, and professional ISF Filing (Importer Security Filing 10+2) services for ocean cargo entering the United States. Our experienced team helps importers comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations by ensuring that all required ISF information is accurately filed before cargo is loaded onto the vessel. Failure to submit an ISF Filing on time may result in CBP penalties, shipment delays, cargo examinations, or customs holds. We simplify the process by guiding you step-by-step and assisting with all required documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and customs bond requirements. Whether you are importing commercial cargo, retail products, machinery, or personal goods, our ISF Filing specialists are available to help you keep your cargo moving efficiently and in full compliance with CBP regulations.
ISF Information
Our "Platform" is user-friendly and offers clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the ISF and customs processes. Additionally, you can submit all documents via "eMail".
The Importer Security Filing (ISF) must be submitted at least 24 hours before the goods are loaded onto a foreign vessel destined for the United States. This requirement allows Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to receive your importing information in a timely manner. If the filing is submitted after the 24-hour deadline, it is considered late, and CBP reserves the right to impose fines and penalties on the importer and their bond, amounting to $5,000 for each violation, with a maximum of $10,000 per shipment.
Additionally, CBP may hold the cargo at the port terminal upon arrival for a customs examination, and the costs incurred will be the responsibility of the importer due to the untimely filing.
