Our "Platform" is user-friendly and offers clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the ISF and customs processes. Additionally, you can submit all documents via "eMail".

The Importer Security Filing (ISF) must be submitted at least 24 hours before the goods are loaded onto a foreign vessel destined for the United States. This requirement allows Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to receive your importing information in a timely manner. If the filing is submitted after the 24-hour deadline, it is considered late, and CBP reserves the right to impose fines and penalties on the importer and their bond, amounting to $5,000 for each violation, with a maximum of $10,000 per shipment.
Additionally, CBP may hold the cargo at the port terminal upon arrival for a customs examination, and the costs incurred will be the responsibility of the importer due to the untimely filing.
